How to eat
1. Prepare a large
bowl.
2. Add 250mL of
lukewarm water and instant yeast in the bowl. Mix it well.
3. Add Ottogi Korean Pancake Mix powder to #2 and mix it well.
Knead the dough for five minutes and round it up into the center. No need to
ferment. The dough is ready right away. (Fermentation can be done. Cover the
plastic wrap over the bowl until the dough to rise. This may take about 30-45
minutes. Then squeeze it gently for all the gases to escape from the dough.)
