I am also missing the 8 safety pieces and string. I am concerned that the play pen is not safe without them. Will you please send them to me as you did to other customers?

Hi, if you are talking about the holder + string, it is actually optional and you would need to purchase them. Also we are waiting for new stock to come in from Korea so it should take some time. We want to let you know that the play pen is by default safe to use without them, it is just for extra stability from shaking.
I was told there would be safety pieces added to my order because they’re not on the English site but they are not in the box. Are they being sent separately?

Is it possible to buy just 4 of the plastic safety holders without the strings? I have a lot of extra string from the three sets of holders I bought. Thank you

Hi, we can send you the plastic pieces but unfortunately we ran out of stock and will have to wait until they arrive from Korea again. It takes a long time, but once we receive it we can send you the pieces.
