I placed an order of this package and found one of the items was damaged.
I left a message here on June 2, 2022 regarding the damaged one and haven't heard any update from you since then.
You mentioned it will take 2 to 4 weeks to be sort this out...
However what's been going on? I am completely disappointed and feel sad...
The damaged one is the blue rabbit sound pad. This damaged one has been stored in my storage room and I took it out and even doublechecked it today on Jan 30, 2023 and it's not still working at all.
FYI, I've got swamped with my baby and haven't been able to reach out to you but I didn't forget this.
Would you double check and send the replacement over to my address? Looking forward to your reply.
Please rectify this issue for sure.

Hi, first of all we apologize for not getting back to you. We had some changes in employees during 2022 and things have been disorganized and we might have missed this. Would you send saeoh@haeorumusa.com the name of the sound book? This time I will make sure we get this taken care of. A screenshot would also help us out. Sorry once again.
