Feature
The noodle made with buckwheat gives a very lively texture. The sweet
and spicy sauce goes very well with it.
How to eat
1. Boil 550cc of
water then add noodle into boiling water and let it cook for 3 1/3 minutes.
2. Drain boiled
water and rinse the cooked noodle with cold water 3~4 times. Then mix it well
with liquid soup stock and flakes
