Feature
Ottogi's Doughnut Frying Mix is made with optimal composition of
soft flour and sugar. It is used to bake delicious doughnuts at your home with
friends and family.
How to eat
1. Mix with 100cc
of milk or(1/2 of a big cup) water with 1 egg, and stir well.
2. On a batter
bowl, add 500g(1/2 bag) of donut powders and pour the egg beater, and knead a
dough for 2 to 4 minutes so that ingredients get mixed well. Then, leave the
dough for approximately 10 minutes.
3. On a flat
panel, spread out a little bit of donut powders, and flatten the donut batter
with a round-shaped stick, making the dough about 0.5 to 0.7m thick.
4. Make the
flatten dough into donut shapes.
5. Pour OTTOGI cooking oil on a pot or a frying pan, and fry.
