*Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. No returns
or refunds will be issued after this period.
*To process a return, please contact customer service to obtain an RMA#. Ensure a
valid RMA number is included outside of the package, as packages without one will
be returned to the sender.
Refund
1. For defective items, a 100% refund will be issued. (A return QR code will be
provided.)
2. Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not possible if the inner polybag has
been opened and the product has been used.
3. For change of mind: A refund will be processed only after confirming that the
returned product is unused.
(Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee will
apply.)

including the nonwoven pouch, plastic cover, tags, and product manual (originally
enclosed inside the nonwoven pouch); return shipping is the customer¡¯s
