  • Missing/Mis-shipment: Exchange and/or additional shipment will be compensated under partial delivery or mis-shipment.
  • Calling Card/DVD/Flower: Return and refund cannot be processed under any circumstances.
  • Scribble, breakage, scratch, and/or any incidents caused by customer in which can decrease value of the product.
  • Etc: Under detection of valid usage and/or damage caused by customer.

1. ÇÏÀÚ°¡ ÀÖ´Â Á¦Ç°ÀÇ ¹ÝÇ°/±³È¯ | Return Policy of Defected Product

Á¦Ç°ÀÌ ¿À¹è¼ÛÀÌ µÇ°Å³ª Á¦Ç°ÀÇ ÆļÕ, ÈѼÕÀ¸·Î ÀÎÇØ È¯ºÒÀ» ¿äûÇÏ½Ç °æ¿ì ÁöºÒÇϽŠ¹è¼Ûºñ Æ÷ÇÔ Àü¾× ȯºÒó¸®Çص帮¸ç, ¹è¼Ûºñ ºÎ´ã¾øÀÌ ¸®ÅÏÇÏ½Ç ¼ö ÀÖµµ·Ï ¸®ÅÏ·¹À̺íÀ» À̸ÞÀÏ·Î º¸³»µå¸³´Ï´Ù.

  - ´Ù¸¥ Á¦Ç°À¸·Î ±³È¯½Ã´Â ¹è¼Ûºñ´Â ¹Ì¾¾¼îÇθô¿¡¼­ ºÎ´ãÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

MissyUSA Shopping Mall will fully reimburse (including shipping and/or tax) of mis-shipped, defected product's amount and provide a return label via an e-mail.

- Must submit following: Invoice, name and quantanty of the product, description of defection, and original package (User's manual, accessory, and/or gift, etc)
- MissyUSA Shopping Mall will pay shipping in case of an exchange.

2. ´Ü¼øº¯½É ¶Ç´Â Á¦Ç°ÇÏÀÚ°¡ ¾Æ´Ñ °æ¿ìÀÇ ¹ÝÇ°/±³È¯ | Return Policy of Non-Defected Product

  - ´Ù¸¥ Á¦Ç°À¸·Î ±³È¯½Ã´Â Ãß°¡ ±¸¸Å¸¦ ÅëÇØ °¡´É

In case of returning non-defected product, restocking and shipping/handling fee will be deducted from total amount.

MissyUSA Shopping Mall recommends UPS, USPS, or FedEX for the shipment and insurance is preferred to reduce chance of missing and/or damage.

3. ÁÖ¹®Ãë¼Ò | Order Cancellation

  - ÁÖ¹®ÇÑ Á¦Ç°Áß ÀϺθ¸ ±³È¯/¹ÝÇ°ÇÒ °æ¿ì, °ü·Ã ¹è¼Ûºñ´Â ¹Ì¾¾¼îÇθô ±ÔÁ¤¿¡ µû¶ó ¹è¼Ûºñ°¡ Ã¥Á¤µË´Ï´Ù.
  - ÀϺΠÁ¦Ç°ÀÇ °æ¿ì Á¦Ç°ÀÌ ÀÌ¹Ì ¹ß¼ÛµÇ¾úÀ¸¸é, Á¦Ç° °ø±Þó ±ÔÁ¤¿¡ ÀÇ°ÅÇÏ¿© Restocking Fee¸¦ ºÎ´ãÇÏ½Ç ¼öµµ ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

Customer must contact MissyUSA Shopping Mall before the actual shipment of the product for cancelling an order without extra charge.

Even if the product is not yet received, customer is responsible for its shipping fee (addition to ship-back fee) if the shipment is in stage of delivery.

- If the free-shipping product already left its facility and customer wishes to cancel one's order, the refund amount will exclude product's ship-back amount.
- If partial exchange and return is proceeded, MissyUSA Shopping Mall determines its related shipping cost complying MissyUSA Shopping Mall's return policy.
- Customer may pay its restocking fee for partially delivered items under our cooperative companies' return policy.

Restocking Fee
Á¦Ç°º° Ưº°ÀÌ ¾ð±ÞµÇÁö ¾ÊÀº Á¦Ç°Àº µµ¼­, µµÀÚ±âÀÇ °æ¿ì 30%, ±×¿Ü Á¦Ç°µéÀº 10%ÀÇ Restokcing Fee°¡ ºÎ°¡µË´Ï´Ù.

30% of restocking fee apply within, limited to, in categories of literature and china, and all the rest of the category applies 10% of restocking fee under general circumstances.

4. ȯºÒÀýÂ÷ | Refund Procedure
  • Á¦Ç° ¼ö·ÉÈÄ ¾à 3ÀÏ À̳» Á¦Ç°ÀÇ À̻󿩺θ¦ È®ÀÎ ÈÄ, ȯºÒ󸮰¡ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁý´Ï´Ù. Á¦Ç°ÀÌ °í°´¼¾ÅÍ·Î µµÂøÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀ¸¸é, ȯºÒÀÌ µÇÁö ¾ÊÀ¸´Ï º¸ÇèÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ ¹è¼ÛÁ¶È¸ °¡´ÉÇÑ ¿ìÆíÀ¸·Î º¸³»Áֽñ⠹ٶø´Ï´Ù.

  • Á¦Ç°À» ¹Þ¾ÒÀ» ¶§ÀÇ Æ÷Àå»óÅÂ¿Í ±¸¼ºÀÌ ´Ù¸£°Å³ª Á¦Ç°ÀÌ ÈѼÕ, º¯Çü ¶Ç´Â »ç¿ëÇÑ ÈçÀûÀÌ ÀÖÀ» °æ¿ì Á¤»óÀûÀÎ ±³È¯ ¹× ȯºÒÀÌ ºÒ°¡´ÉÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

  • ȯºÒÀº ÁÖ¹®½Ã »ç¿ëÇϼ̴ø °áÁ¦Ä«µå·Î 󸮰¡ µÇ¸ç, °í°´´Ô Ä«µå°èÁ·ΠÀԱݵDZâ±îÁö´Â Ä«µå»ç¿¡ µû¶ó 2~3ÀÏ Á¤µµÀÇ ±â°£ÀÌ ¼Ò¿äµË´Ï´Ù. ¼öÇ¥/¸Ó´Ï¿À´õ·Î ÁÖ¹®½Ã¿¡´Â ¹Ì¾¾¼îÇθô¿¡¼­ üũ¹ßÇàÈÄ ¿ìÆíÀ¸·Î ÀüÇص帳´Ï´Ù.

  • Ãë¼ÒÇϰųª Á¦Ç°À» ¹ÝÇ°ÇÒ °æ¿ì, ÇØ´ç Àû¸³±Ýµµ Â÷°¨µË´Ï´Ù.

  • Refund can be proceeded only if returnable cause is found within 3 days of shipment's arrival. Please have returning item insured and provide its corresponding tracking number to MissyUSA Shopping Mall.
  • If returned product differs from described, damaged, and/or shows sign of usage, proper procedure of exchange/refund of the product would be altered.
  • Refunded amount will be deposited to credit card used on transaction, it would take two to three business days for the complete transaction. In case of check/money-order, MissyUSA Shoping mail out a check to the customer.
  • Received points will be deducted once transaction has been cancelled/refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
