Ottogi's Jjajang noodle is replicated after the popular Korean dish called jjajangmyeon. It consists of chewy wheat noodles topped off with thick black bean sauce. Sweet and rich taste makes Ottogi Jjajang noodle enjoyable to everyone.
How to eat
Put sauce mix, flakes, and vegetable oil into a microwavable bowl.
Add noodles on top. pour 330 ml (About 1 1/3 cups) of room temperature water.
Cook for 8 minutes. (When using hot water, cook for 5 minutes.) Mix well until sauce is well coated and serve.4. Adjust the amount of liquid soup as needed. For your preference, you may add kimchi, sliced cucumber, and boiled egg.
